Team Lead (CTM)

We are looking for a CTM development team leader who will be responsible for the development team managemnet in the process of designing, developing, testing and implementing CTM projects.
CTM is one of the key teams that plans to reach the peak of development in the near future and a new product where the team leader will be able to directly influence the business through the team's results. The market is highly competitive, so if you are ready to break into new challenges, we definitely need you.

Job Responsibilities

organize the team and processes and lead it to the top-performance;
increase the speed of feature delivery, improve the quality of development;
make communication with stakeholders transparent;
manage the development team: from task evaluation to employee motivation;
participate in the design of a scalable architecture

Key Qualifications

experience in development 3+ years, experience as a team leader 1+ year;
at least 3 years of Python/Go development experience;
the ability to work in an agile environment, healthy perfectionism and dedication;
English at B2+ level
