Product Analyst (Internal tools)

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst for Internal tools team who will be engaged in providing strategic solutions for the development of the CRM platform and Intranet.

Job Responsibilities

The projects you have to work on:

  • development and updating of the CRM metrics system together with the product manager, including the development of analytical events to measure future CRM platform changes;
  • сreation of product analytical dashboards in Tableau for data visualization, conducting a review of the platform's metrics with the Internal Tools product team;
  • research and testing of hypotheses, search for growth points to improve the user experience of internal tools.
Key metrics to focus on:
  • reduction of the manager's response time to the client's request: reducing the time required for the first response to increase customer satisfaction;
  • average closing time of a request: reducing the time required to fully resolve the request in order to improve service efficiency;
  • customer Satisfaction Level (CSAT and NPS): assessment of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • total number of customer requests: analysis of the volume of requests for support service resource planning and process optimization.

 

Key Qualifications

  • work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  • confident knowledge of SQL;
  • confident experience in data analysis in Python and knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms;
  • ability to conduct A/B tests from design to analysis of results;
  • proficiency in BI systems;
  • English at the Upper-Intermediate (B1) level and above;
  • critical thinking and the ability to analyze data;
  • knowledge of the basics of theory probability and mathematical statistics;
  • ability to communicate effectively with other teams.
