Project Manager (Transfers)

We are looking for a Project Manager for our team, working on scaling the service for booking transfers - cars with drivers for planned trips. Currently, the service is used by our B2B clients all over the world: travel agencies and companies sending employees on business trips. Our team is trying to make a product that would meet the needs of customers in any market and satisfy demand in any direction.

Job Responsibilities

  • being responsible for delivery of a cross-functional team;
  • leading projects to launch new functionality from the planning stage to completion;
  • collecting and developing business requirements, drawing up project documentation, assigning tasks to your development team and other teams;
  • managing the timing and content of projects in order to deliver optimal results within the planned time frame;
  • active communication with related teams and stakeholders, managing expectations;
  • conducting the main processes of the development team (assessment, planning, grooming, retro).

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager;
  • examples of successful launches of projects and products involving more than 2 teams;
  • experience working in a product company with several projects at the same time;
  • an ability to operate with data: write an SQL query, calculate slices, conduct basic analytics to decide how to make a feature;
  • an ability and desire to understand how a feature should work, writing documentation;
  • understanding of various Agile frameworks and experience in their use;
  • experience working as an analyst, developer or QA engineer, as well as knowledge of UML and BPMN will be an advantage.
