We are looking for an experienced Business Trainer to join our T&D Team, who will create and deliver trainings for our employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • identify business needs, engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders;
  • analyze trends and best practices, gather requirements from key clients;
  • development of modular training programs for managers at various levels;
  • development of facilitation sessions for leaders;
  • supporting leaders in the implementation of development plans;
  • creation of competency models, tools for the assessment of leadership;
  • optimization of training and development processes to increase engagement;
  • develop and refine training programs and materials for training sessions, including pre-training and post-training support;
  • analyze the effectiveness of training sessions.

Key Qualifications

  • knowledge of Instructional Design;
  • experience in trainings' delivery for employees in various formats;
  • experience in developing soft skills trainings from scratch;
  • excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
  • possession of skills in managing group dynamics, public speaking;
  • additional education in assessment, conducting assessments, or HOGAN would be an advantage.
