Business Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Business Trainer to join our T&D Team, who will create and deliver trainings for our employees.

Job Responsibilities

identify business needs, engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders;
analyze trends and best practices, gather requirements from key clients;
development of modular training programs for managers at various levels;
development of facilitation sessions for leaders;
supporting leaders in the implementation of development plans;
creation of competency models, tools for the assessment of leadership;
optimization of training and development processes to increase engagement;
develop and refine training programs and materials for training sessions, including pre-training and post-training support;
analyze the effectiveness of training sessions.

Key Qualifications

knowledge of Instructional Design;
experience in trainings' delivery for employees in various formats;
experience in developing soft skills trainings from scratch;
excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
possession of skills in managing group dynamics, public speaking;
additional education in assessment, conducting assessments, or HOGAN would be an advantage.
