We are looking for a Project Management Team Lead for our Analytical Department.
Job Responsibilities
take a team of project managers from the analytics department and lead them on the path to improving processes and delivery projects;
in the future, lead 1-2 more groups of project managers from other departments;
be responsible for the transparency and timing of project delivery, improvement of delivery processes and overall end-to-end delivery across the department;
implement common pmo initiatives - lead projects, implement common tools, approaches to work.
Key Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing 2-3 or more project managers;
3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager;
data-driven approach to decision making, experience in implementing metrics;
experience in successfully designing and improving processes in large teams;
understanding the structure of web applications;
understanding the life cycle of an IT project;
experience in simultaneous management of projects in different business domains will be an advantage
