We are growing rapidly and right now we are looking for
C&B Manager
to join our Human Capital Department.
Job Responsibilities
organization of voluntary health insurance in international locations;
interaction with providers and administration of current insurance plans;
analysis of current insurance plans and proposals for their improvement;
analysis of the voluntary health insurance market in new locations;
analysis of the benefit package, market benchmarking, development of proposals for
improving the current package and introducing new benefits;
administration of current benefits.
Key Qualifications
experience working voluntary health insurance;
experience working with international providers;
confident work in excel;
excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
ability to multi-task and work under heavy workload.
