Corporate Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our international B2B brand RoundTrip, develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with signed partners to increase their performance;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
  • Product presentations & networking;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and work in analytic tools (e.g. quarterly/monthly sales results, engagement rate, partner portrait portfolio)
  • Payments control;
  • Provide market & competitive environment analysis;
  • Provide comprehensive reporting;
  • To achieve soft and hard KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis;
  • Assist with the client’s requests;
  • Work closely with the other departments such as payment, tech, and support ones.

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant experience. Ideally, 2-5 years experience of working as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager in B2B industry;
  • Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with the fast-changing business environment, team player, proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Analytical skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers;
  • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
  • Languages knowledge. Fluent in German and English, other languages as a plus.
