Hotel Support Specialist (Italian language)

We are looking for a Hotel Support Specialist (Italian language) to join our team, with responsibility for communication with hotels.

Job Responsibilities

  • processing of inbound via phone, email and chats requests;
  • making outbound calls to the partners aimed at helping them with setting up their personal account and explaining terms of cooperation;
  • working in CRM system and internal company databases;
  • communicating with the technical team on matters of system functionality improvement.

Key Qualifications

  • upper-intermediate or better English (spoken and written);
  • upper-intermediate or better Italian (spoken and written);
  • educated speech;
  • computer knowledge on the level of a confident user;
  • the ability to multi-task;
  • hospitality or call center experience would be considered as an advantage.
