We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Colombia to execute successful sales strategies and cultivate enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with our Latin America customers and partners!

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively promote our international project in assigned territory;
  • Develop and implement sales activities and hit the sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory;
  • Sign-up new partners and provide them with extended trainings of our system;
  • Initiate an API deals with the potential and existing partners;
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with new and existing partners;
  • Follow-up with existing partners to provide system training and identify the ways to improve the cooperation;
  • Prepare, execute and manage the commercial deals with the partners including the execution of required document flow and technical setup;
  • Control of compliance with commercial conditions by partners including the payment flow;
  • Account management of an assigned portfolio of partners including the first level of support;
  • Provide market & competitive environment analysis;
  • Provide comprehensive reporting.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience relevant to the position. Ideally, 2-5 years of B2B sales experience and country's travel market knowledge, as well as network with travel agencies, OTA's, tour operators, etc.
  • Competency in API integration and technology sales & deals.
  • Interpersonal skills relevant to the position. Ambitious and action-oriented professional with a proactive, results-focused mindset who is comfortable with fast-paced business environments. Adept at utilizing cutting-edge technologies and using data-driven decision-making. A team player with a strong appetite for innovation.
  • Results-oriented. You are data-driven and well-versed in metrics and numbers - KPIs.
  • International mindset. Capable of understanding and working across diverse cultural contexts, reflecting ETG's global presence.
  • Be your own CEO. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and have a high degree of accountability.
  • Language proficiency. Proficiency in Spanish and English (B1/B2) is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Location. Preferably located in the Bogotá or Medellín area, in line with our market strategy. 
  • Business trips. 20 – 30% of your time may involve visiting customers or attending events.
