Integration Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our B2B API Support Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consulting partners on integration issues;
  • Providing recommendations on the correct use of API methods;
  • Analyzing and diagnosing errors in client-server interaction;
  • Collaboration with internal teams (developers, testers) and partner representatives;
  • Tracking performance indicators and quality of integrations;
  • Informing colleagues and partners about identified failures and the progress of their elimination;
  • Collecting statistics to form optimization proposals;
  • Registration of partner proposals in the task management system;
  • Participating in calls and meetings with partners to discuss technical aspects. Providing technical expertise on possible improvements and refinements;
  • Updating internal documentation and setting tasks for updating external documentation.

Key Qualifications

 
  • Experience in technical support (at least 1 year);
  • Experience in analyzing logs to find and eliminate causes of failures;
  • Knowledge of API principles: understanding of client-server architecture, types of requests (POST, GET);
  • Experience working in debugging tools, for exp - Postman;
  • Ability to work with JSON, XML data formats;
  • Experience with monitoring tools, e.g. Grafana or similar tools;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL;
  • Knowledge of English B2+;
  • Would be a plus: experience with article design in Confluence or similar tools / setting and managing tasks in task trackers such as Jira / work in helpdesk or CRM systems.
