This role includes actively fostering an analytical culture, automating key processes, and identifying growth opportunities.

You'll work at the intersection of business, data, product, marketing, and technology, directly influencing key performance metrics. The primary focus is to improve the efficiency of the B2C unit through data-driven decision-making, automated reporting, the development of BI tools, and setting analytical tasks for cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Automating plan-vs.-fact analysis and building dashboards in Tableau.

  • Regularly analyzing deviations from the plan, identifying root causes, and automating anomaly detection.

  • Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes.

  • Developing and maintaining a metrics tree, ensuring accurate calculation of key performance indicators.

  • Enhancing BI reporting to monitor critical business metrics.

  • Identifying growth opportunities across product, marketing, pricing, and other domains.

  • Researching global market trends to uncover potential areas for growth.

  • Defining tasks for the ETL team to optimize data processing workflows.

  • Collaborating with marketing and product analytics teams on in-depth performance analysis of the B2C unit.

  • Managing data governance processes, including the creation and documentation of data marts.

  • Providing analytical support for the development and implementation of the business unit's strategy.

Examples of Projects You'll Work On:

  • Developing inventory quality metrics in collaboration with pricing and supply teams to boost B2C product conversion.

  • Analyzing plan deviations and root causes, with automation of anomaly detection.

  • Mapping customer journeys based on user behavior analysis.

  • Investigating user LTV and identifying key influencing factors such as support quality, product changes, pricing, and availability.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product or marketing analytics.

  • Ability to dive deep into data, generate hypotheses, and uncover insights that directly impact business decisions.

  • Strong collaboration skills with business teams and clear communication of complex analytical findings.

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to write optimized queries.

  • Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) or R.

  • Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimental methodologies.

  • Forecasting and modeling skills (ARIMA, Prophet, machine learning models).

  • Systematic approach to data analysis, with a passion for automation and simplifying complex tasks.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We Offer You

  • We offer a fully flexible work schedule — there’s no pressure to start work at exactly 9:00 AM; what matters is achieving results and moving forward;
  • Each person in our team is encouraged to choose their preferred work format. You can work fully remotely, come to the office, or choose a hybrid work model;
  • We are an ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
  • The growth and development of each employee is our priority, so we have internal programs available for adaptation and training, development of soft skills and leadership abilities that are tailored individually to each employee;
  • We also provide partial compensation for employees participating in external training and conferences;
  • In tourism, it's difficult to grow without an excellent knowledge of English, and we support our employees' language learning goals — we organize group and individual lessons, plus speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
  • And, of course, to encourage you to travel more, we offer corporate prices on hotels and other travel services;
  • We prioritize well-being and are committed to supporting the overall health and work-life balance at ETG. As part of this commitment, we provide MyTime Day Off — an extra day off that is designed to give our employees the flexibility to focus on important matters, whether it’s taking care of their health, mental recharge, addressing personal issues, or any other important activities.
