Middle Product Manager for UGC

Job Responsibilities

  • Systematic formation and testing of product hypotheses;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, analysts and stakeholders to implement new solutions;
  • Conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to make data-driven decisions;
  • Monitor key product metrics (such as conversion rates, incident rates, etc.) and assess their impact on business results;
  • Create and manage the product roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

     

Key Qualifications

  • Expirience as a Product Manager;
  • English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2+) level;
  • Understanding of customer needs: ability to analyze and understand the needs of both existing and potential customers to create products that enhance customer loyalty;
  • Product analytics: ability to use data to identify trends, optimize key metrics, and increase conversion and CSAT through analytical tools;
  • Requirements formulation: experience in creating clear technical and business requirements. A/B testing skills and analysis of its results to improve the product and user experience;
  • Product development management: ability to align the product with corporate strategy and vision, supporting its growth and adaptation;
  • Stakeholder interaction: ability to align business objectives with user needs and maintain constant communication with stakeholders at all stages of the product life cycle.
