Job Responsibilities

 
  • Launching new hotel inventory suppliers: pass certifications, prepare technical documentation and specs, support the launch of new integrations from the very beginning to full stable operation;
  • Work with API interaction logs. You will need to navigate in logs of different format and structure and be able to quickly find the necessary data among the large amount of information;
  • Interaction with the business team on launching and supporting vendors;
  • Metrics Monitoring. These need to be monitored, improved and new ones introduced if needed. Any decision or conclusion must be supported by facts;
  • Consulting, working with internal users. You need to be prepared that everyone from the CEO to our suppliers will ask questions, ask for help in understanding something;
  • Working with documentation. You will need to document the part of the work you are responsible for and be ready to study the documentation of partners or other teams' projects.

Key Qualifications

 
  • Experience in testing/technical support/analytics/systems analytics or other related field 1 year or more;
  • Knowledge of back-end/front-end, POST/GET requests, xml/json;
  • Experience interacting with developers and setting tasks;
  • Experience of interacting with business stakeholders in an environment of constant urgency;
  • English at least Upper-Intermediate level.
