Accountant / Finance Manager

This position primarily involves overseeing the work of consultants and maintaining accounting records for legal entities with their assistance. Therefore, we are open to considering not only middle-level specialists but also junior-level candidates who are eager to develop. We are willing to provide training for any missing skills.

Job Responsibilities

Participation in the preparation and submission of financial statements to tax authorities and other regulatory bodies in the UAE and Serbia.
Performing payroll calculations and preparing reports for employees, as well as overseeing tax and contribution calculations.
Preparation and execution of accounting reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of accounting and reporting.
Coordination of work with external auditors, tax consultants, and other external specialists.
Analysis of the company's financial situation and preparation of recommendations for cost and tax obligation optimization.
Assisting in the development and implementation of improvements for the automation and optimization of business processes.
Ensuring compliance with the company's accounting and financial policies.

Key Qualifications

Experience in the simiral role Accountant or a similar role in the UAE or Serbia.
Knowledge and experience working with local regulations and accounting standards in the UAE and Serbia.
Ability to effectively conduct accounting reconciliations and analyze financial data.
Strong analytical mindset and capability to draw conclusions based on complex information.
Experience with accounting systems and software for process automation.
Proficiency in English sufficient for working with international documents and communication.
Experience working with various tax and accounting systems, as well as with external bodies and consultants.
