Content Operational Manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Operational Manager to join us and to build and optimize processes in content teams to improve their performance and efficiency. Our teams are responsible for ensuring high quality and relevant content on hotel pages - property cards.

Job Responsibilities

  • maintain the relevance of hotel page content, ensuring its compliance with quality standards;
  • optimize and automate the editing processes;
  • set technical tasks for the development team when necessary;
  • analyze and decompose product-related tasks, efficiently distributing them among content teams;
  • monitor the performance of editors and supervisors;
  • track key operational metrics and ensure their steady growth;
  • ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and promptly respond to deviations;
  • plan the team's strategy and contribute to the formation of quarterly goals;
  • collaborate with stakeholders and maintain transparent communication;
  • prepare reports, manage the team's budget, and handle personnel matters;
  • participate in the development and improvement of working documentation for effective process organization.

Key Qualifications

  • experience in building and managing teams for 3+ years;
  • experience in optimizing and structuring processes during team growth;
  • experience in implementing and refining key performance indicators and working with metrics;
  • knowledge of product development (Kanban, Scrum) and task trackers (Jira, YouTrack)
  • experience with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau) at the level of filtering and interpreting data.
  • ability to structure information and document processes.
  • capability to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • multitasking, prioritization, and a data-driven approach.
  • strategic thinking and willingness for active communication
  • english proficiency at B2 level.
