We are the B2B team at Ostrovok. We improve partner onboarding, activation, and user experience on our RateHawk and B2B platforms. We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team, who will play a key role in enhancing partner engagement and optimizing our B2B Backoffice.

Job Responsibilities

  • Improving the registration process and user experience on the RateHawk and B2B Ostrovok platforms.
  • Researching partner onboarding and activation to increase loyalty, analyzing data to identify key insights and provide recommendations.
  • Enhancing the functionality of the B2B Backoffice by simplifying and optimizing partner interactions with the company's products.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with data in Python.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and working with BI systems (preferably Tableau).
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and make informed decisions.
  • Critical thinking, result-oriented mindset, and a passion for finding answers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
