We are looking for a People Partner who will be responsible for the Commercial Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operational support for employees and managers of the commercial department on all HR matters;
  • Participation in the adaptation process of new employees;
  • Regular analysis of data on growth, turnover, staffing levels, and work on improvement plans;
  • Support and develop team leads in people management;
  • Support for implemented HR processes and systems, ensuring the relevance of employee data and effective use of HR tools;
  • Assess and eliminate factors affecting employee retention, develop and manage employee retention and development programs.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR fields more than 1 year, experience working with the commercial function is an advantage;
  • Advanced English: ability to make presentations, communicate with international teams, and conduct meetings in English;
  • Experience in budgeting, financial control and HR analytics;
  • Strong communication skills and empathy;
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate and solve employee and business problems.
