The Extranet team is working on a service that allows hotels to connect with individual travelers, travel agents, and corporate clients. In the Extranet, hoteliers can independently manage their property's availability, rates, room categories, and special offers.

Currently, over 92k+ hotels are directly connected to the system, and this number is continuously growing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Form team structures and compositions based on efficiency and set business goals;
  • Plan and participate in hiring processes;
  • Mentor your reports, build career paths, and assist in developing growth plans;
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings;
  • Support the culture and automate processes for maintaining technical documentation;
  • Create rapid feedback loops between product and tech teams, ensuring clear communication;
  • Work on tracking and improving performance metrics.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in development, with at least 4 years of experience in a team lead role (experience with our stack: Python/Go);
  • Strong skills in architecture and system design;
  • Solid people-management abilities;
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and a desire to grow in the long-term;
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
