Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation of HR processes in teams: changes in structure, hiring and onboarding, internal transfers, coordination of training and development, exit-management, etc.;
  • Planning hiring needs in accordance with team goals and business expansion, participation in the hiring process as needed;
  • Supporting and developing team leaders in team management matters;
  • Participating in budget planning and monitoring budget implementation;
  • Regular analysis of HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR processes and improve them;
  • Systematically evaluating and addressing factors affecting employee retention, developing and managing employee retention and development programs;
  • Initiating and implementing HR projects independently or together with HRBP team;
  • Participating in the design, implementation, and management of the reward system.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience as HR BP/People Partner in IT for 2 years or more;
  • Advanced English: ability to make presentations, communicate with international teams, and conduct meetings in English;
  • Experience in budgeting, financial control, and HR analytics;
  • Strong skills in project management and change management.
  • Understanding of best practices for working with technical and creative teams and applying them in the company;
  • Strong communication skills and empathy;
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate and solve employee problems;
  • Employee-centered and business-customer oriented.
