Job Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of optimal pricing strategy for revenue growth and competitiveness of the company;
  • Monitoring market conditions and analyzing competitor prices to support product competitiveness;
  • Implementing and adapting ML algorithms to automate and improve pricing processes;
  • Conducting experiments and A/B tests to test and validate pricing hypotheses;
  • Analyzing the results of pricing changes and assessing their impact on key business metrics;
  • Preparing reports and analytics, providing recommendations for further development of pricing strategy.
     

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in pricing, including experience in a management position;
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis;
  • Experience with ML algorithms and understanding of their application in pricing tasks;
  • A/B testing and hypothesis analysis skills;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data;
  • Strategic thinking, ability to build long-term plans taking into account current and future market conditions.
