Job Responsibilities
- analyzing the competitiveness of suppliers of the hotel inventory;
- monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess supplier success and improvement areas.;
- holding regular meetings and calls with suppliers; - improving commercial and payment conditions with suppliers; - participate in internal projects, ensuring supplier results, deadlines, and quality;
- interacting with the Tech department by improving the suppliers’ representation;
- supporting the Customer Support team and suppliers in organization of the internal processes by incidents resolution (overbookings/kick-outs);
Key Qualifications
- advanced English (B2/C1); other languages as a plus (especially, Chinese);
- multitasking, presentation skills;
- proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel. MS Powerpoint, MS Word);
- analytical skills – used to data-driven decision-making.
Experience in SQL, Asana, Slack, and Tableau will be an advantage
