We are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to join our team. Our main tasks are attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. To achieve this, we have a wide range of tools—from promo codes to a loyalty program, from push notifications to emails.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing promotions, the loyalty program, CRM communications, and their combinations.
Segment customer databases (P.S. we have many!) and identify behavioral patterns to determine which segments are the most valuable for the business and what mix of mechanics works best for each segment.
Generate hypotheses on how to improve key metrics through our CRM channels, promotions, and loyalty program, then design and analyze A/B tests to validate these hypotheses.
Contribute to CVM development projects, including ML models, new types of promotions, and more.
Develop clear and user-friendly dashboards to help us make business decisions faster.
