Marketing analyst (Retention)

We are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to join our team. Our main tasks are attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. To achieve this, we have a wide range of tools—from promo codes to a loyalty program, from push notifications to emails.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing promotions, the loyalty program, CRM communications, and their combinations.

  • Segment customer databases (P.S. we have many!) and identify behavioral patterns to determine which segments are the most valuable for the business and what mix of mechanics works best for each segment.

  • Generate hypotheses on how to improve key metrics through our CRM channels, promotions, and loyalty program, then design and analyze A/B tests to validate these hypotheses.

  • Contribute to CVM development projects, including ML models, new types of promotions, and more.

  • Develop clear and user-friendly dashboards to help us make business decisions faster.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong SQL knowledge (including CTEs and window functions) as you’ll work extensively with complex queries. It’s a big plus if you know how to optimize queries and reduce their cost.
  • Experience in building dashboards in BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, DataLens). Ideally, experience with Tableau, as this is our primary tool.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing theory; hands-on experience in running A/B tests—from designing experiments to making data-driven decisions based on results—is a plus.
  • Critical thinking skills, ability to support conclusions with data. You always strive to understand the real value of a task and its impact on the business.
  • Ownership mindset—you’re ready to proactively develop your domain and initiate changes when needed, rather than waiting for stakeholders to request them. One of our core values is "Be Your Own CEO".
  • English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
  • Experience with data analysis in Python (including working with ChatGPT).
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics, audience segmentation, and customer behavior analysis.
