We are looking for an ambitious Junior BI Analyst who will become an invaluable part of the Operations Analytics team.

Job Responsibilities

In the first months, you can expect the following tasks:

  • familiarize yourself with the current dashboard system, its structure, processes, metrics, and data from operational teams;
  • gather and organize requirements from stakeholders;
  • analyze, clean, and prepare data models;
  • refactor existing dashboards or develop new ones, starting from the data source to the final tool in Tableau;
  • maintain up-to-date documentation for projects and tools.

Key Qualifications

  • at least 1 year of experience as a BI Analyst;
  • willingness to develop, learn new skills, and take on responsibilities;
  • ability to coordinate communication between people and convey ideas in simple terms;
  • knowledge of SQL (basic functions, grouping, subqueries, joins, window functions);
  • experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau (basic functions, level-of-detail functions, analytical tools);
  • understanding of mathematics and statistics;
  • familiarity with basic principles of data visualization;
  • a systematic approach to problem-solving;
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • What Would Be a Plus:

  • experience organizing ETL processes;
  • experience in UX/UI.
