Job Responsibilities

Identifying Product Growth Opportunities:

  • conduct research and assess the potential impact of product hypotheses to help the team prioritize development effectively;
  • investigate the causes and criteria for hotelier churn and develop an approach for its calculation;
  • analyze the outcomes of releases and updates aimed at streamlining hotelier registration and activation processes, launching new regions, updating availability and pricing pages, and optimizing mobile versions of the product.

Participating in Metric Development and Alignment:

  • create and visualize a list of key Extranet metrics to be tracked weekly, monthly, and quarterly;
  • align on calculation methods and necessary breakdowns for metrics analysis, including acquisition, activation, retention, and hotelier revenue indicators;
  • refine the new user registration funnel by adding data on time spent by users at each step.

Key Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst;
  • ability to build strong partnerships with the team and other departments (Supply, Marketing, Customer Support, UX);
  • proactivity and a strong interest in understanding the business context;
  • excellent SQL skills and proficiency with complex queries;
  • experience in data analysis using Python;
  • experience conducting A/B tests—from design to decision-making based on results;
  • proficiency with BI systems;
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
