International HR Admin Manager

We are seeking an International HR Admin Manager who can manage the full HR administration cycle for employees in Portugal

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the full cycle of HR administration for employees registered in Portugal, along with assistance for other countries (employment, vacations, sick leaves, personnel changes, dismissals);
  • Communication with partners and coordination of decisions with HRBP and recruiters on current employment issues in Portugal;
  • Facilitating the conclusion and management of contracts with various companies necessary to comply with Portuguese labor legislation;
  • Development and updating of necessary policies and processes;
  • Communication with employees on employment issues as well as matters related to registration/extension residence permits;
  • Payroll management for employees in Portugal;
  • Assistance in preparation of documents for residence permit registration/extension;
  • Collection of information and preparation of information documents (instructions, manuals) on the process of prolongation of the Portuguese residence permit;
  • Communication with partners on issues related to residence permits for new employees;
  • Organisation of residence permit renewal process for current employees;
  • Participation in other HR projects.

Key Qualifications

  • Work experience from 1 year in a similar position;
  • English proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2) level;
  • Ability to conduct business communications in English and Russian;
  • Experience in maintaining payroll;
  • Experience of working with external providers on labour issues;
  • Experience in localisation of employees in the country/registration of residence permit;
  • Experience with foreign labour legislation will be an advantage
