The primary responsibility of the Head of Internal Communications will be to lead and manage the internal communications team, ensuring consistent and effective communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote the corporate culture of the company on a global scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the internal communications team to promote and maintain a positive corporate culture.
  • Oversee and optimize internal communication channels for effective communication among multicultural employees in more than 80 countries around the world.
  • Analyze the various employee types, their communication styles, and their needs.
  • Based on this analysis, propose a communication matrix tailored to individual groups with diverse cultural and life backgrounds.
  • Organize and improve regular meetings and communication formats to enhance engagement (Evening Talks, Welcome meetings, Lunch and Learn), launch new communication formats if needed.
  • Create and execute communication strategies using various tools.
  • Lead project management for global events and activities to foster teamwork and community spirit.
  • Monitor and analyze internal communication processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance corporate culture and internal communication practices.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role in internal communications.

  • Successful track record in planning and organizing internal events to enhance employee engagement in remote environments.

  • Experience in managing internal communication channels and corporate activities.

  • Background in HR with a solid understanding of HR processes.

  • Proven experience in leading internal communications projects and promoting company values.

  • Proficient in content creation, writing, and event organization.

  • Ability to develop strategic communication plans and content strategies.

  • Experience in managing internal communication channels and corporate activities.

  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills for remote and distributed teams.

  • Structured and organized approach to tasks with critical thinking abilities.
