The Junior Internal Communication Manager will support the internal communications team by writing and editing content, scheduling meetings, and assisting with corporate events and activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Writing and editing texts for internal communications.
  • Posting video recordings on the Intranet.
  • Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating calendars for corporate events.
  • Assisting in the coordination of corporate events and activities.
  • Monitoring and responding to employee inquiries through internal communication channels.
  • Collaborating with team members to generate creative content ideas.
  • Providing administrative support for internal communication projects (assistance with conducting engagement surveys, tagging open feedback, and conducting surveys and interviews).
  • Collecting employee’s feedback by various methods Interacting with designers, partners and contractors on events and projects.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within internal communications or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of internal communication principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively.
  • Competent written and verbal communication.
  • Adavanced English, other languages are advantageous.
