Job Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, and roadmap for the A/B testing platform (including splitter, planner, and analyzer);

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements;

  • Develop and prioritize product features that support large-scale experimentation;

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and enhancement of the platform;

  • Analyze platform usage and experiment outcomes to drive continuous improvement;

  • Train and onboard teams on how to effectively use the platform;

  • Ensure the platform adheres to best practices in terms of testing accuracy and compliance;

  • Troubleshoot issues with the platform and provide solutions;

  • Be a responsible person for platform stability, platform speed, and platform scalability.

Key Qualifications

  • Prior experience in designing, building, and managing an A/B testing platform;

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing (t-test , z-test, Mann–Whitney U test, Bootstrap, Contextual Multi-armed Bandits, etc), statistical principles, and data analysis;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

  • Technical and Analytical background or familiarity with software development;

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (product, marketing, data);

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science (a master's degree is a plus);

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
