Job Responsibilities

  • Search for candidates through various channels: internal and external databases, networking, social networks, recommendations, Boolean search, job sites and other search methods.
  • Develop and evaluate candidate search strategies.
  • View resumes and contact candidates in writing to understand the candidate's qualifications.
  • Keep records of candidate data in ATS (Huntflow).
  • Prepare weekly analysis on selection funnels and market analysis on request.

Key Qualifications

  • Knowledge of tools for the search and selection of candidates.
  • High interest in HR and a desire to explore new technologies.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Attention to detail.
  • English language proficiency at the B1 (intermediate) level.
  • Experience working with any ATS or CRM will be an advantage for candidates.
  • Practical experience in outsourcing will be a big plus.
