Product manager for B2A (Selections)

For 13 years, we have been creating a unique service and doing everything to make travel planning easy and trips comfortable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing the functionality of Collections for travel agents as a product in the international B2B direction: increase the share of successful travel bookings through collections and reduce the Customer Effort Score (CES) for professional partners;

  • Define the vision and development roadmap of the product;
  • Establish discovery and delivery cycles with a focus on transparent and predictable product work for stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2+) level;
  • Understanding of customer needs: ability to analyze and understand the needs of both existing and potential customers to create products that enhance customer loyalty;
  • Product analytics: ability to use data to identify trends, optimize key metrics, and increase conversion and CSAT through analytical tools;
  • Requirements formulation: experience in creating clear technical and business requirements. A/B testing skills and analysis of its results to improve the product and user experience;
  • Product development management: ability to align the product with corporate strategy and vision, supporting its growth and adaptation;
  • Stakeholder interaction: ability to align business objectives with user needs and maintain constant communication with stakeholders at all stages of the product life cycle.
