Hotel Search Team Lead

We are looking for a Hotel Search Team Lead. The Search Team develops critical components across the company's business: hotel search results, and search hints, and grows conversion metrics of conversions to Hotel Card.

Job Responsibilities

leading the hotel Search team;
communicating with stakeholders;
conducting Code Review;
facilitating Scrum meetings;
onboarding new engineers;
mentoring and developing engineers in the team;
compiling the team's technical backlog;
quarterly Performance Review planning.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of Go development experience;
Python development experience;
experience with RESTful APIs and related technologies such as JSON, XML, and HTTP;
good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently;
English language level, including conversational English - B2 and above.

Will be a plus:

knowledge of ML tools or experience interacting with ML specialists.
