Senior Product Designer (Extranet)

We are searching for a product designer for the Extranet team. Extranet (B2B product) is the main tool for hoteliers and apartment owners where they manage bookings daily, work with property prices and availability, and set promotions.

The main platform is web and it has a lot of legacy, so we want to redesign it section by section; the mobile app was just launched, and developing is one of the tasks in the designer's scope.

It is important to note that the Extranet team has many stakeholders and cross-team projects. Therefore, we seek a mature designer to enhance and speed up our team's performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • develop a complex product, simplify user paths, and help the product manager formulate a product strategy
  • propose breakthrough hypotheses not only at the interface level but also at the business level and participate in their validation
  • coordinate the work of the middle designer in the team, mentor her, and foster her professional growth
  • assist in building design-related processes in the product team, such as design review and usability testing.

Key Qualifications

  •  at least 4 years of experience working in product teams, with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a mentor or lead designer, managing a small team
  • experience in working on interfaces with high data density and complex scenarios
  • advanced understanding of UI and its impact on product perception
  • ability to effectively communicate with developers, UX researchers, and analysts, and demonstrate a basic understanding of their work principles
  • a high-agency approach (you should be able to work independently and deliver results even in challenging conditions)
  • open-mindedness, communicativeness, active listening, and great negotiation skills
  • english proficiency at an intermediate (B1) level or higher
