Product Analyst (Internal Process)

In the role of Internal Process Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the pipeline of experiments, developing internal services and methodologies, as well as optimizing interactions with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assistance in the development of internal services: Actively participate in the development and improvement of our experimental platform and internal methodologies to enhance the efficiency and speed of conducting A/B testing;
  • Collaboration with the UX laboratory: Assist in preparing and conducting quality research, participate in functionality scoring, and create reports on product and commercial processes together with the UX team;
  • Product experiment pipeline management: Coordinate the entire cycle of product experiments from design to launch, write analytical announcements, and plan new iterations of the launch;
  • Communication and optimization of internal processes: Work with inbound communication in product channels, organize requirements gathering for optimization and development of self-service for our customers.

Key Qualifications

  • work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  • confident knowledge of SQL;
  • confident experience in data analysis in Python and knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms;
  • ability to conduct A/B tests from design to analysis of results;
  • proficiency in BI systems;
  • English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above;
  • critical thinking and the ability to analyze data;
  • knowledge of the basics of theory probability and mathematical statistics;
  • ability to communicate effectively with other teams.
