We are growing rapidly and right now we are looking for Head of Tax to join our Financial Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of Group’s tax position, development of tax strategy and its implementation in different countries.

  • Building close working relationships with local professional advisers, identifying projects and tasks where professional advice is needed, managing delivery and timing of their advice which includes the opening of companies in new jurisdictions.

  • Ensure regular tax filings are completed accurately and on time.

  • Management of Group’s transfer pricing.

  • Assisting in financial planning including regular preparation and management of taxes forecast and provisions.

  • Being as a business partner for other functions on tax questions.

  • Responsibility for continuous process improvement in respect of all taxation matters.

  • Propose process and systems improvements to ensure full compliance and manage the effective tax rate in the companies of the region.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in team management, including building processes from the ground up.
  • Significant tax compliance and advisory experience for multinational companies.
  • CPA certification is a strong plus.

  • Deep knowledge of international tax laws and accounting standards, with a strong focus on the US market.

  • Expertise of tax compliance processes and projects, from data extraction to return submission.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and recommendations.

  • Deep knowledge of transfer pricing rules.

  • Tax audit experience from a taxpayer perspective.

  • Experience managing outside counsel and other tax advisors.

  • Experience working with auditors.

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
